We offer flat-rate Australia wide shipping at $10.90 per order which covers the shipping, packaging and handling fees. All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Please allow 2-10 business days once your item has been shipped. Please note that delays may occur due to current COVID-19 restrictions and high parcel volumes.
All fragile items are shipped in padded envelopes or wrapping to avoid damage during shipping.
Please note each product is sold 'as is' and no warranty applies. Please refer to the below section if you believe your product is faulty or has been damaged.
In case you believe your product is faulty or it arrives damaged, you are eligible for partial or full refund or product replacement. Please send photos of the product to email@example.com. We will endeavor to process your claim as soon as we can. Please bear in mind though that with handmade products some irregularities may occur (i.e. a lose thread, irregular pattern, etc.) and are not considered a fault or damage.
We are unable to amend your order once it's been submitted. Please raise a new order if you'd like to purchase more products. We do not offer refunds in case you change your mind once your order has been submitted.
